Alina Randhawa started Project CHAP to raise money for medical debt
Alina Randhawa is KCRA's CommUNITY Champion. The 17-year-old realized there was a significant financial gap in the country's health care. She established "Project CHAP," which stands for Children's Health Assistance Program.
