Bank names CEO, while UK lifeboat scheme COO steps down LGT Roland Matt is set to become LGBT Bank’s chief executive and a member of the board of LGT Private Bank, effective from 1 January 2022. He will succeed Roland Schubert, who will take on a directorship role at the bank.
