Police believe a plastic surgeon who was arrested in the death of a missing Largo attorney attacked the lawyer in his own law office, according to an arrest affidavit.

Tomasz Roman Kosowski, 44, was arrested early Sunday morning on a first-degree murder charge in the death of missing attorney Steven Cozzi.
Lawyer Steven Cozzi's body has not been found, but police in Florida said they have evidence that he was killed by Kosowski.
