After waiting years for a solution, they’re finally seeing some safety changes.

Neighbor say a dangerous intersection has caused countless accidents and the city of Akron has done nothing to make it safer since our story aired.

The 350-acre farm could have been developed with 339 mid-level and estate homes, senior cottages, assisted living,185 rental units and 124 units of “active adult housing.” A small portion would hold a hotel and retail. Residents in the area voiced concerns over the development.
