By Morgan Huelsman Two men who work with the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management program in Tampa, Florida decided to turn one man's trash into another man's treasure. Ron Milligan and Kenneth Walker Jr started coming across good bikes being thrown out. Rather than take them to use for scrap metal, they were able to restore them with permission from management. They gathered and restored enough to drop off 26 bikes at Children's Services.
