CASTLETON — One of the first things that stood out to Joe Mark about Honoree Fleming was her sheer brilliance, said the retired Vermont State University Castleton Academic Dean.
Police have released a photo of the woman found dead on a Vermont rail trail on Thursday as they continue their investigation into her murder.
“I have never known a more sterling heart and soul than hers. She has taken far more than half my own heart and soul with her,” Ron Powers said about his wife, Honoree Fleming.
