Operation Tango Mike celebrates 21 years of uplifting the troops
The idea of packing care packages delivered to deployed U.S. military troops abroad began in 2003 when two good friends in the Lake County Probation Department discovered their good working relationship sank deeper roots than either one suspected. Twenty one years later, the program's mission remains the same.
