The six Atlanta police officers accused of using excessive force against two college students in 2020 will not face charges.
The young man and woman were approached by officers who were later determined to be justified in use of force.
The case stems from protests in downtown Atlanta on May 30, 2020 involving Taniyah Pilgrim and Messiah Young.
District Attorney Pro Tempore Samir Patel said the officers' use of force was in line with department policy.
