Black drivers say they feel targeted by officers because of state’s new law.
Jacksonville police issued 67 tickets for loud music under a new state law. Forty-nine were for Black drivers.
The law was passed by Florida’s GOP-controlled Legislature last year and signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis.
Black drivers received almost 37% of the tickets, despite Black people making up only about 16% of Florida's driving-eligible population.
