By sandy This girl is AMAZING! Her name is Rory Van Ulft- she's a 7-year-old Canadian gymnast who just became the youngest under 11 and under 13 US Youth National Weightlifting in history. The irony is she started weightlifting 2 years ago after she was injured doing gymnastics, and wasn't strong enough for certain events. Currently, she can snatch (a term used with the "clean and jerk" styles) 70 pounds, squat 134 pounds, and deadlift 176 pounds!! SHE'S 7!! Watch this amazing video below. Read more about Rory here.
