COBB Mrs. Ruth Ellen (Eakin) Cobb, 64, a resident of Elkins, passed away Wednesday Feb. 17, 2021, in the Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center in Elkins. She had been in declining health. Ruth was born Nov. 3, 1956, in Elkins, a daughter of the late Robert and Rose Eakin. On Jan. 8, 1984, in Elkins, she was married to Kenneth Russell Cobb, who preceded her in death in July 2020. She was also preceded in death by her newborn sister, Carroll Victoria Eakin.
