SHORT: SHORT: Anne Marie Short (wife of Dr. Leo Short) of Innisfail passed away at the Rosefield Centre on September 5, 2013 at the age of 58 years. Anne was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She was interested in acting from childhood and used to put on her own plays. After secretarial college she became a secretary at the Lyric Theatre in Belfast. It is the same theatre a young Liam Neesom was starting his acting career. She married her husband Leo in January 1975. Their two children Tim and then Leanne were born in Ireland.
