The 13th annual Pastels on 5th kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 on Fifth Street between Cleveland and Lincoln avenues in downtown Loveland with over 150 artists armed with a set of Koss pastels, a square of sidewalk and endless inspiration.
It is with great sadness that the family of Alexandra "Alla" Gromow announce her passing on March 28, 2023, at the age of 96. Alla married Nicholas in 1945 and immigrated to Canada in 1949 to begin a new chapter of their life after the war.
