CHILLICOTHE – Sometimes the path becomes clear after a few twists and turns. It did for Jill Caplinger, now owner of She Said Yes! Bridal & Formal, LLC. “Well,” she began, “let me start by saying that I went to school and got a job with the IRS in Cincinnati. Then I took a job at AAA and was a travel agent for just over five years before I started working for the Ross County Building Department. During my time at AAA, I used to give walking tours of downtown Chillicothe. I loved the interaction with all of the people visiting our town.”
