Troopers said Chase R. Lord, of Rome, was eastbound on the Route 26 ramp at Route 365 when he fell asleep behind the wheel at about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday. Troopers said the car veered into an embankment and overturned.
"I think there are emergency visas that need to be obtained so family members can come to the U.S. to get their loved ones back home," Dailey said.
