St. Augustine's Pioneer School to move into expanded space
The Pioneer School offers a hybrid model of instruction, with students taking online classes through the Florida Virtual School in the same building together, with teachers on site to assist in their studies. The curriculum also allows for a variety of hands-on enrichment activities, such as boat-building, gardening and robotics meant to spark creativity, boost self-confidence and encourage collaboration with classmates.
