Mural complete Oakridger If you've visited Melton Lake Park in the last few months, you’ve likely noticed a new piece of artwork developing on the side of the Rowing Association's boathouse. The mural, which was painted by local artist Megan Lingerfelt, was completed in December and a ribbon-cutting was held. She worked with Explore Oak Ridge, which is in charge of the city’s tourism efforts, and several other members of the Oak Ridge community to come up with the design and bring it to life.
