The Forest condos in Farmington sell for $7.05M

Forty-nine units, which are part of The Forest condominiums in Farmington, have been sold to Farmington Estates LLC in a $7.05 million deal.

The closing price equates to $143,878 per unit. The units exceed 1,200 square feet and are mostly two-bedroom townhouses with 1.5 baths.

The Forest was built in the 1980s and features a swimming pool, wooded walking trails and a clubhouse, near the UConn Health Center and Interstate 84. ....
