PATERSON — City narcotics detectives seized a loaded gun and arrested 15 people on drug charges Monday during a crackdown on a 4th Ward street where there were eight shootings in the past six months, authorities said. The narcotics operation targeted Summer Street between Broadway and Hamilton Avenue, where open-air drug sales seem to take place almost around the clock.
