Typhoon Rai dumped more rain than 'Yolanda'
MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): The volume of rainfall brought by Typhoon “Odette” (international name: Rai) was more than what was dumped in 2013 by Supertyphoon “Yolanda” (Haiyan), which hit almost the same regions.
