Jake Wagner. the Pike County Massacre gunman, testified in court on Monday against his brother George Wagner IV as a part of a plea deal to avoid the death penalty.

George Wagner IV, 30, his father, George 'Billy' Wagner III, and his brother, Edward 'Jake' Wagner, were pictured at the funerals of the Rhoden family in 2016 after allegedly killing them.

The first trial in the 2016 killings began Monday with George Wagner IV, who is one of multiple suspects accused of killing eight members of the Rhoden family in Pike County, Ohio on April 22, 2016.

Edward 'Jake' Wagner, 28, previously pleaded guilty to the murder of Hannah Rodden, with whom he had a daughter with, and seven of her family members in rural Ohio in 2016.
