Murder charges. Reporter the Harrington Family finally got the news they have been waiting for. Morgans mother says she knew all along that matthew was the one who killed her daughter. Its not bittersweet. Its odd. Reporter matthew will be formally arraigned for the murder of morgan harrington. She disappeared in 2009 at a concert in charlottesville.
