The Russians have taken 17 children with disabilities from the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast - allegedly for rehabilitation. Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, said that they were sent to the Ogonyok rehabilitation centre near Moscow.
