This will be Precinct 2 Commissioner Rusty Graves’ last meeting before his brother, Bud Graves, is sworn into office on Friday, Jan. 1. Bud Graves, who has been attending meetings quite often this year, won the Republican Primary in March against two opponents, but he didn’t have any Democratic challengers in the November General Election.
Rusty Graves, who was appointed to the commissioner seat after Chris King passed away, in July, has one item on the agenda regarding a final plat for Bratchers Bend subdivision.
Precinct 1 Commissioner Richard Zahn sat next to Rusty Graves during every meeting, except when social distancing was enacted and then they were separated. Zahn commented on his time with Rusty Graves. ....
