Big Country juniors earn 4-H accolades Carl Kieke Last week I reported on the 4-H Seniors who advanced to the state round-up based on their finish at the District 7 competition. This week, we look at the juniors who finished Top 3 in their events. Juniors do not advance to the state level. Runnels and Taylor counties picked up quite a few top finishers in a variety of categories, which bodes well for competitions in future years as these members advance to the senior level.
