(WKBT) — The Onalaska Hilltopper Rotary Club presented the Food Basket in Onalaska with a check for $7,367 to buy a large commercial-grade freezer. The club was able to coordinate with local businesses, including Festival Foods, to deliver and install the freezer Thursday morning.
