Sue C. Allison WEIRTON, W.Va. — Sue C. Allison, 84, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Weirton Medical Center, following COVID-related complications. Family has been grateful for the Fox staff and residents, especially at Pepperberry Suites where she received fine personal care. Born June 15, 1936, in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Cleo and Ruth Schaffer Linger. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Allen T.
