According to a report from Deputy Conrad Schwarzkopf, while handcuffed in the back of a squad car, Emily Eckroth urinated on the floor. When released, she then threw her soiled sweater into the ditch. When told she'd be cited for littering if she didn't retrieve the sweater, she did so while heaping more verbal abuse on the deputies.
