Golden Valley building acquired for 3rd time in 5 months
Months after acquiring and then selling a Golden Valley office and warehouse building, Wild Moose Ventures sold the property again last week, this time for $15.35 million. Brentwood, California-based Golden Island Holdings LLC purchased the Boone Plaza building, at 1000 Boone Ave. N., in a late April deal that was made public last week in an electronic certificate of real estate value. The seller, Lakeside Holdings LLC, is related to Wild Moose, which bought and sold the property for a profit of $1.536 million during one day in December.
