Cleveland Mayor-elect Justin Bibb announced several key cabinet appointments, including Sarah Johnson as Chief Communications Officer.
The incoming Bibb administration will elevate the chief of human resources to a Cabinet-level position, and the roles of chief of communications and chief of government affairs will be two separate positions 'to prioritize cultural change, communications, and advocacy at the local, state and federal level,' according to a statement.
