Harassment claims under investigation ELLSWORTH — Officers fielded a number of recent harassment complaints from local residents. They issued a cease harassment order in one case on March 6 and warned two people not to return to an Ellsworth property in another incident on March 8. Additional complaints came in on March 2, where a report of phone harassment was addressed with no charges, and on March 3, in which the alleged harassment was documented in the event of further problems.
