Dysfunction. we did have that special election in wisconsin this week. i've been on the phone all morning with republicans. there's a very high leavel freakout about that. because there is the sense that even though donald trump might not be on the ballot, he is the mood music. he is setting the mood music for the year. if, in fact, you continue to have this kind of chaos and this dysfunction and it results in the shutdown of the federal government, the republicans are going to pay a huge price for that. and it's really remarkable, you know, sitting here to watch republicans talking themselves...
