Leading Welsh brewer SA Brain is reported to be set to sell the freeholds of the majority of it’s pubs to a global consortium for a reported £100m.

Recently formed business Valiant Pub Company has announced its first transaction after reaching an agreement to buy 17 pubs from SA Brain.

Cardiff-based brewer and operator SA Brain & Co is seeking a buyer for 99 pubs, which are currently let to Marston’s Estates on 25-year leases.

Gareth Bale pens 15-year deal for Elevens Bar & Grill Ahead of its reopening, Champions League winning footballer Gareth Bale has signed a new 15-year lease for his Cardiff city centre venue, Elevens Bar & Grill.  Elevens opened in May 2017 following an extensive redevelopment of the S.A Brain-owned venue on Castle Street – a new partnership between the brewery and the newly formed Elevens Group.
