SEPTA working to restore trolley cars from the 1940s
SEPTA is working to restore its historic 1947 trolleys that ran on Route 15 along Girard Avenue. The multi-year, multimillion dollar project is expected to be largely completed by September. The trolley cars have been off the roads since 2020.
