San Francisco police said Thursday evening that they believe Katlin Gallaread 14-year-old San Francisco girl who left her home sometime between the night of Feb. 16 and the following afternoon is “possibly in the company” of Tyler Sexton, a 16-year-old boy who ran away from his Monroe, Mich. home.
