Gias Uddin Selim's latest cinematic venture, "Kajol Rekha" has been drawing widespread acclaim from audiences and cinema enthusiasts across various theatres in Bangladesh for the past three weeks.
Nevertheless, even after premiering during Eid, “Rajkumar”, directed by Himel Ashraf and featuring Shakib Khan, continues to dominate the multiplex scenes. Multiple screenings of the film are running at full capacity across multiplexes, indicating its sustained popularity.
This Eid-ul-Fitr, instead of the usual comedy or romantic dramas, there was a notable shift in trend. Kajal Arefin Ome’s tele-fiction “Sheshmesh”, released on April 13 under Club 11 Entertainment’s YouTube channel, emerged as the number one trending drama on YouTube amongst the top five trending dramas, marking a refreshing change.
The film features Sariful Islam Razz, Rafiath Rashid Mithila, Mondera Chakroborty, Sadia Ayman, Iresh Zaker, Azad Abul Kalam, Sahana Rahman Sumi, and Khairul Basar in pivotal roles.
The much-anticipated release of prominent director Giasuddin Selim's directorial, “Kajol Rekha”, has reportedly been delayed further due to the team’s plan to launch wider promotional activities.
