City Planner Alexis DiLeo proposed four areas to rezone in a report to the Planning Commission Tuesday night, March 9. That includes parts of Plymouth Road, Washtenaw Avenue, the West Stadium Boulevard and Maple Road area, and the State Street and Eisenhower Parkway area.
