Reliance to acquire majority stake in US solar technology firm SenseHawk

Reliance Industries Ltd has signed definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in SenseHawk Inc for a total transaction value of US$32 million.

SenseHawk offers an SDP SaaS for process optimization, automation, & asset information management for customers in the US, EMEA, APAC, and SEA.

New Delhi, Sept 6: Reliance Industries on Tuesday said it will acquire a majority stake in California-based solar energy software developer SenseHawk for USD 32 million (around Rs 256 crore).
