Tuesday, Dec. 1 8:03 a.m. Dartmouth Road resident reporter her vehicle was stolen from her driveway. The last time she saw it was 5 p.m. the previous day. Salem Police located the vehicles. Two parties ran. Salem had one in custody. Officers were still looking for second suspect. 11:59 a.m. Front Street caller said construction trucks have 2 spaces blocked with cones. Officer on detail said no spaces were blocked and there were two available spots. 12:23p.m. Caller wanted to make police aware that the previous night a neighbor revved the engine and sped up and down the street.
