Another one of my favourites, this is a wonderful little walk, with beautiful far-reaching views over stunning North Nottinghamshire countryside, which is easily accessed from the market town of Retford, and just a 20 minute drive from Worksop.
Located between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire is this super little walk, which takes you through the delightful village of Nether Langwith, the Archaeological Way, and the beautiful meadows and sculpture trails of Poulter Country Park.
Just a 10 minute drive along the A1 from Worksop is Tuxford. It was once known as Tuckers Ford, Tuxford in the Clays and in the Domesday book as Tuxfarne.
