Salt Lake City police are stationing more officers near one downtown parking lot after four shootings unfolded near it last weekend one of which left a 22-year-old man dead.
Salt Lake City police arrested a 33-year-old man Tuesday after investigators learned he had been following a group of children home from school for about two weeks.
