Guimaras Comelec Provincial Election Supervisor Salud Milagros Villanueva said they are targeting the teenage group since it will be their first time to vote. "We would like to saturate the age group, particularly those less than 18 years old," she said in an interview Monday. SK registrants should be 15 years but not over 30 years on the day of the elections and resident of the barangay where they intend to register for at least six months on or before Dec. 5. Regular voters should be 18 years of age on the day of the elections, however, those who are already registered with the SK no longer have to enlist again.
