A New Mexico State Police sergeant who allegedly downloaded and kept dozens of images of children being raped and sexually exploited on his phone is now facing criminal charges.
Back in April, the FBI received a tip that images of apparent child sexual abuse were linked to Sam Clouthier's phone number.
Sammy Allen Clouthier, 44, was charged with possession and transportation of child pornography.
