marla tellez has this morning off. breaking news in the north bay, traffic on the richmond san rafael bridge all backed up, as you can see, all the way to highway 101 after a semi tractor truck caught fire. we are told only the far left eastbound lane is actually able to get through. we're also told fortunately no other vehicles were involved in this, just that 18-wheeler. we've also learned, good news here, no injuries. the truck was reportedly hauling a lot of bottles of wine. we can tell you traffic badly backed up there eastbound on the san rafael bridge because of a truck fire...
