Over 17,000 baby sleep sacks recalled after suffocation hazard identified Over 17,000 sleep sacks for babies have been recalled over fears the items could pose a suffocation risk. The recall affects the First Wish, Sam & Jo, Dylan and Abby, Miss Mona Mouse, Harry & Me and Aspen brands of the Sleep Sacks in Size 0-6 Months product. Health Canada said the size of the neck opening is larger than standard and could pose a suffocation hazard.
