High winds fuel difficult fires in Northern Kentucky
A rare Red Flag Warning extended through most of the Tri-State Wednesday after the National Weather Service said winds ranging from 15 to 30 mph could gust up to 50 mph, leading to downed trees, power outages and rapidly spreading fires.
