After a lengthy investigation, the North Carolina DMV is filing over 400 charges against Nissan of Shelby employees.
12 employees at a Nissan dealership in North Carolina are collectively facing more than 400 charges surrounding allegations that they sold salvage and flooded vehicles without telling customers
So far, a total of 12 employees are facing criminal charges.
The misdemeanor charges primarily stem from vehicles that were allegedly offered for sale without Nissan of Shelby disclosing their salvage status, and from the documentation used to transfer their titles.
