City Council acts on suggestion from father of Joshua Conant
Although they told loved ones they weren't being kept abreast of the state's investigation into the 26-year-old's Nov. 4 death outside the Roche, officials swiftly agreed they should add defibrillators to PHPD's vehicle fleet. Once councilman called it a no-brainer.
