LAS CRUCES – The family of Khyana Sky Morales, 19, who passed away Dec. 5, 2020, has established a foundation in the teen’s honor and will begin awarding scholarships to Doña Ana County students this fall. Morales was found unresponsive in early October 2020 and required CPR, having gone without blood or oxygen to her brain for an unspecified amount of time.
