January 6, 1953 – February 13, 2022 Phil Harvey Rosenau was born January 6, 1953, to Harvey and Helen (Zeckser) Rosenau. His parents baptized him into the Lutheran faith on January 27, 1953. In 1967, he followed the Right of Confirmation practiced by the Lutheran Church, and then in 1971 he graduated from Little Wolf High School. In 1972 he entered into military service, and he began training for the intelligence branch learning the fundamentals of morse code.
